The Financial Systems Manager will own and manage the enterprise-wide Workforce Planning model in Adaptive Planning, ensuring accuracy and scalability. They will bridge finance, HR, and technology teams to drive system enhancements, user training, and strategic reporting.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems and possess at least 3 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning. Strong technical skills in report automation and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
FOX Corporation is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Systems Manager to join its Corporate Finance and Compensation team. This position is a strategic and technical role responsible for maintaining and enhancing the enterprise-wide Workforce Planning financial model for Fox Corporation. This individual bridges finance, HR, and technology to ensure that workforce cost modeling and headcount planning is accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $140,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in nine of the top ten largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce nearly 1,000 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.
