The Lifestyle Director manages the department to provide a diverse social and activity program for residents, including recreational, physical, and educational opportunities. They are responsible for staff management, budget oversight, and coordinating community transportation schedules.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as an Activity Director or Assistant in a senior living environment. A valid driver's license is required, and professional activity certification is preferred.

Such a program should include a variety of social, recreational, physical, educational, and spiritual opportunities for resident involvement that encourages socialization and creativity, improves daily living skills, expands personal interest, and increases physical activity and education.
