solutions. The Peachtree City location serves as a key hub for North American
operations, supporting both production and corporate functions. Position Overview Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partnering Reporting & Systems QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
As a Junior Controller, you will
support financial controlling activities for U.S. operations, with a strong
focus on plant controlling, cost tracking, and business performance analysis.
You will work closely with local management and operational teams while
aligning with global HELLA finance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports according to US GAAP and HELLA reporting standards
Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning
Analyze variances (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
Help identify and track cost improvement and efficiency initiatives
Work closely with operations, supply chain, purchasing, and engineering teams
Provide financial insights to support decision-making at plant level
Participate in local and regional projects
Use SAP (CO/FI modules) and reporting tools to extract and analyze financial data
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards
Work with Data Warehouse for monthly financials, forecasts, and budgets
Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate guidelines
Support internal reviews and external audits
Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting quality
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:

Accounting
Business Administration
Economics
2 – 3 Years of experience in:
Controlling

SKILLS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Experience with SAP or ERP systems (preferred)
Familiarity with US GAAP is a strong plus
Detail-oriented and structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Hands-on mentality with willingness to learn
Ability to operate in a fast-paced plant environment
