Assist the industrial maintenance team in ensuring the correct functioning of production equipment through preventive and corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain technical documentation for equipment and tools.
Requires a technical secondary education or degree in electrotechnics, electronics, or mechanics. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic systems is required, with AutoCAD and English skills being valued.

O principal objetivo do estágio como técnico de manutenção industrial é auxiliar a equipa a assegurar o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos produtivos, sendo as seguintes algumas das responsabilidades destas equipas:
Garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos relativos à capacidade e disponibilidade dos equipamentos e à qualidade e custo do processo;
Seguimento diário das ordens de trabalho;
Reparar os equipamentos e ferramentas de forma a restabelecer o seu funcionamento normal e condições de segurança e ambiente;
Realizar as ações de manutenção preventiva/preditiva conforme os planos estabelecidos;
Apoiar as equipas externas e fornecedores no âmbito de reparações, manutenção preventiva e preditiva, alterações ao processo;
Criar e manter atualizadas as instruções de manutenção preventiva dos equipamentos fabris e ferramentas, tendo por base: requisitos legais e ambientais, normas internas, indicações do fornecedor e conhecimento interno.
Manter e melhorar a lista de peças de reposição e consumíveis para equipamentos, ferramentas e materiais de processo;
Fazer parte da melhoria, da definição e ajuste dos processos produtivos;
Acompanhar e reagir aos indicadores definidos associados aos parâmetros dos processos e equipamentos. Apoiar a sua correção/melhoria;
Participar nas atividades de análise resultados de produção e qualidade sempre que solicitado e contribuir para as melhorias de processo / equipamento;
Participar e apoiar as equipas de melhoria contínua como: 5S, SMED, HOSHIN;
Identificar qualquer oportunidade de melhoria, aplicar e seguir o seu impacto na produção e os resultados.
Participar nas Equipas FMEA por forma a identificar os riscos do processo / equipamento para definir ações corretivas;
Apoiar a revisão dos Planos de Controlo;
Trabalhar em conjunto com especialistas, engenheiros de processo e centros de desenvolvimento e /ou em outras fábricas, a fim de partilhar experiências e contribuir para o desenvolvimento do processo.
Identificar e propor tarefas que possam ser transferidas de forma a melhorar a autonomia dos GAP de Produção;
Formar os operadores de produção nos novos processos/alterações;
Garantir os requisitos legais e as normas internas de segurança e ambiente sempre que se realizar uma alteração nos equipamentos e ferramentas.
Perfil e competências
Qualificações:
Ensino Secundário na vertente técnica de eletrotécnica ou mecânica (preferencialmente), ou Engenharia Eletrotécnica, eletrónica ou mecânica
Experiência e competências
Idealmente com experiência profissional em manutenção industrial e/ou processos de soldadura e processamento de tubos e chapas (não eliminatório)
Conhecimentos elétricos e/ou eletrotécnicos, mecânicos e mecatrónica
Informática na ótica do utilizador;
Conhecimentos de Inglês serão valorizados;
Leitura de desenhos e autocad.
