• Well Monitoring: Implement surveillance programs to monitor well performance and identify potential issues such as declining production rates or equipment malfunctions.
• Artificial Lift Systems: Design, optimize, and troubleshoot artificial lift systems such as rod pumps, gas lift, and electrical submersible pumps (ESPs) to maximize production from onshore wells.
• Reservoir Management: Collaborate with reservoir engineers to understand reservoir behavior and implement strategies for optimizing hydrocarbon recovery.
• Workover and Intervention: Plan and oversee workover operations to restore or enhance production from existing wells, including perforation, stimulation, and equipment repair or replacement.
• Production Chemistry: Monitor and manage production chemistry issues such as scale deposition, corrosion, and emulsion formation to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards, conduct risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate operational risks.
• Cost Management: Optimize production operations to minimize operating expenses while maximizing production revenue.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction through innovation and best practices implementation.

• Familiarity with HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles and production operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with onshore drilling and production facilities preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of optimizing production and implementing cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
