About the Role & Team

Our Madrid office is home to a vibrant team of 35+ colleagues, bringing together the German, French/Benelux, Portuguese, and Spanish sales teams alongside key support functions. Within this setup, our Portuguese sales team consists of two team members: a SDR and Account Executive based in Denmark, whom you'll work very closely with.

You’ll become part of a driven and supportive environment where collaboration and results go hand in hand, working closely across markets and functions.

As our new Sales Development Representative, your main objective will be to drive revenue growth while contributing to the team’s continued success.

What you will do

  • Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Portuguese market, focusing on the Formalize product

  • Identify, contact and communicate with potential customers or partners with the aim of organising client meetings

  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, as you will be the first point of contact, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services

  • Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot

What you bring

  • Native proficiency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities

  • Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment

It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have. Most importantly, we are looking for people with the right drive and motivation.

Practicalities

  • Salary: Base salary from €29.100 to €30.300 and uncapped commission

  • Office location: Maria de Molina 39, Madrid

  • Working hours: 40 hours a week onsite, with one day working from home

You will be offered a base salary of €29.100, when being new to the SDR role. Candidates with significant, directly relevant sales or lead-generation experience may be offered up to €30.300, based on an assessment of prior qualifications.
