The Mechanical Site Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all HVAC works, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of mechanical systems. This includes supervising the HVAC scope from pre-construction to system turnover and engaging with various teams to achieve scheduled system turnovers.
Candidates must have proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor on large-scale mechanical projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors. Strong knowledge of mechanical construction practices and excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
