The Productivity Field Services Engineer will identify technical-commercial opportunities and risks within FLS assets to drive performance improvements. They are responsible for managing leads, integrating with account teams, and maintaining strong technical relationships with clients to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates must hold a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering with over 8 years of experience in operations or concentrator plants. Proficiency in critical equipment like HPGR and grinding, along with data analysis skills and the ability to work in various shift rotations, is required.

Funciones:
1. Generación de valor técnico-comercial
Identificar riesgos, desviaciones y oportunidades en activos FLS
Traducir hallazgos técnicos en oportunidades estructuradas
Definir impacto, criticidad y riesgo de no actuar
2. Gestión estructurada de leads
Generar leads con fundamento técnico completo
Clasificar oportunidades (transaccional, técnico, estratégico)
Asegurar validación temprana con cliente y equipo interno
Acompañar el lead hasta su maduración comercial
3. Integración con equipo de cuenta
Participar activamente en account planning
Alinear actividades con SAM/KAM y CRR
Evitar duplicidades y asegurar coherencia con estrategia comercial
4. Gestión de performance y beneficios
Hacer seguimiento a oportunidades implementadas
Medir impacto en performance, riesgo y operación
Apoyar la validación de beneficios con cliente
Contribuir a la trazabilidad del valor generado
5. Monitoreo técnico y análisis
Analizar condición y performance de activos FLS
Identificar brechas respecto a diseño y operación
Generar recomendaciones técnicas estructuradas
6. Relación con cliente (nivel técnico)
Desarrollar red de contactos técnicos en planta
Validar problemas y oportunidades con stakeholders
Alinear percepciones de impacto y prioridades
7. Gobernanza y reporting
Reportar riesgos críticos, oportunidades y avances
Alimentar CRM con información completa y de calidad
Contribuir a reporting ejecutivo (no solo operacional)
Ingeniería Civil/Mecánica/Metalúrgica/Procesos

Experiencia con equipos críticos (HPGR, molienda, chancado, etc.)
Deseable experiencia directa en planta

Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos
