Act as a subject matter expert on cannabis products to guide customers and manage retail operations. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations.
Candidates must be over 21 years old and proficient with POS or e-commerce software. The role requires a self-motivated team player available to work flexible morning, night, and weekend shifts.

What you’ll do
- Be a subject matter expert on FLOWER CO. operations and services
- Be a subject matter expert on cannabis practices and products
- Keep Cannabis products and other inventory stocked and tidy on the shelves
- Help guide customers to products that fit their needs
- Assist with delivery pick and pack
- Operate POS and cash handling
- Complete daily tasks and roll out new systems and features
- Following company standard operating procedures, creating and updating as needed
- Abide by all cannabis regulations & compliance procedures
- Report all violations to Operations Managers
- Help keep our workspace clean and organized
- Friendly, effective communication with customers, peers, supervisors, managers, etc.

Who you are:
- Must be over the age of 21
- Fluid with Point of Sale and other business software systems or experience with e-commerce software
- Ability to multitask, organize, problem-solve, and prioritize issues
- Action and results-oriented
- Ability to work weekly morning and night shifts, including weekends
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Punctual and able to support specific department KPIs
