The Quality Engineer ensures product quality and adherence to customer requirements through continuous improvement activities and corrective actions. They manage sustaining processes, conduct quality audits, and serve as the primary communication channel for client complaints and solutions.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with fluency in English and a background in electronics or automotive manufacturing. Proficiency in statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies like 8D and 5Why, and knowledge of PPAP and NPI is required.

Reporting to the Quality Director the Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality in place and in use as well as customer requirements. Promote and coordinate continuous improvement activities, 8Ds, FMEA / QCP, iSO9000, statistical process control, Six Sigma.
