The Operations Coordinator is responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance and overseeing service providers to ensure timely repairs. They also handle incoming calls from customers and vendors while reviewing estimates and invoices for cost savings.
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle tasks with urgency are required.
