Candidates should have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, with strong time management and problem-solving skills. A degree in business, marketing, communications, or computer science is considered a plus.

The Role:
Full-time role
Own activation planning and coordination — from kickoff to “adopted and loving it.”
Deliver onboarding, training, and deployment strategies that make the customer experience effortless.
Facilitate expert, tailored product demos and become the go-to voice on what’s new and what’s next.
Build and maintain education materials — briefing packs, guides, webinars, videos — and know exactly how to pitch them to different audiences.
Capture and champion customer feedback, feeding it straight into the roadmap conversation or support process – and following it through to delivery.
Manage the relationship through reporting, operational, and project meetings, liaising with internal teams to keep every stakeholder aligned and every account performing.
About you:
Attitude first. A genuine passion for winning, the resourcefulness to solve problems on the fly, and the appetite to adapt when things change.
You can build trust with an SME and a boardroom decision-maker in the same week.
Experience in a customer-facing role (account management, technical support, business analyst, or sales), ideally in SaaS.
Sharp time management - you can prioritise, context-shift and juggle without dropping the ball.
Self-motivated, personable, and comfortable with Google Workspace, AI tools, and fleet/maintenance management systems (or learning them!)
A business, marketing, communications, or computer science degree is a plus, not a gate.
