Evaluate and treat patients with hand and wrist injuries while developing individualized treatment plans to restore function. Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons to provide coordinated post-operative rehabilitation and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires an active Arizona Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license and a minimum of 2 years of hand therapy experience. BLS certification is required, and CHT certification is strongly preferred or desired.
Description
Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a Part-Time Hand Therapist to join our collaborative orthopaedic and therapy team. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys autonomy, a steady outpatient caseload, and the opportunity to work closely with board-certified orthopaedic hand surgeons. If the clinician does not currently hold a CHT certificate, the goal is that they will ultimately earn this.
Our integrated therapy department offers a strong referral base, advanced equipment, and a supportive, collegial environment where excellence and patient outcomes are our top priorities.
Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience and certification
Monday: 7 - 11 a.m.
Wednesday: 7 - 11 a.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Saturday: Potential option in place of Friday
