Officiate youth flag football games while ensuring a safe, fair, and professional environment for all participants. Manage game flow, communicate rulings to players and coaches, and assist with game-day operations.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. A high school diploma and previous officiating or coaching experience are preferred but not required as training is provided.

We're looking for reliable, confident, and energetic referees to help create an outstanding game-day experience for our athletes and families during the Fall Flag Football season. If you love the game, can make fair decisions under pressure, and enjoy working with young athletes, we'd love to hear from you.
Season: September 12, 2026 – November 1, 2026

Locations: Washington, DC - Maryland- Northern Virginia
