Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and systems while managing IT tickets and device configurations. Support employee onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate IT inventory and security protocols.
Requires 2+ years of IT support experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and device management tools. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.
