The Product Analyst will monitor operational performance and SLAs while identifying root causes for process breakdowns. They will partner with product and engineering teams to transition manual workflows into scalable automated solutions.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in business or product operations with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with API-based products and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake is highly preferred.

We're looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to support SLA monitoring and tracking, provider expansion, and automation initiatives. This role owns operational workflows end-to-end with a strong emphasis on metrics, tracking, and identifying where processes are off track. This individual will partner closely with product, integrations, and engineering to move work from manual support toward scalable automation.
