The Customer Success Associate will manage customer implementations, provide technical support, and drive platform adoption. They will also serve as the primary point of contact to foster long-term relationships and educate users on best practices.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of work experience and strong communication skills. Proficiency in BI tools and API connectivity is required, along with a detail-oriented approach to project management.

The Finario Customer Success team drives awareness, implementation and adoption of the Finario solution while working alongside our product, sales and engineering teams. Customer Success Associates help implement and support users of the Finario application by responding to functional and technical queries, consulting on capital investment best practices and how to best leverage the Finario platform to improve the management of Capex and drive improved business results.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Associates. In this role, you will play a crucial role in Finario’s customer success and implementation functions, while fostering customer relationships.
