At FileInvite, you'll gain hands-on experience across almost every part of a growing global SaaS business; from operations and people to technology, compliance, finance and business projects. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll support the day-to-day running of the business while working closely with senior leaders who will challenge, mentor and help you grow. No two days are the same. One day you could be helping prepare for a security audit, the next coordinating onboarding, reviewing software subscriptions or supporting an operational project. The pace is fast, the learning is constant, and the experience you'll gain will be highly valued across New Zealand's tech sector.
