Pay Range: $50,000 – $63,000 per yearAt Fikes, exceptional customer service means more than answering phones. It means listening carefully, communicating clearly, solving problems, and following through until the customer’s needs have been addressed.We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Customer Service Coordinator who can confidently manage a busy workload, adapt when priorities change, and keep customers and internal teams informed. This is an active, fast-paced position for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to the details, and genuinely enjoys helping people.What You’ll Do- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, scheduling needs, and account updates.
- Manage a high volume of inbound & outbound calls / emails with professionalism, patience, and urgency.
- Coordinate new service requests, schedule changes, follow-up needs, and daily service support.
- Gather complete and accurate information before routing requests to the appropriate team member.
- Help resolve cust. concerns by listening to, identifying the issue, & coordinating an appropriate solution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and follow-up details in company systems.
- Communicate closely with customer service, operations, sales, and field service teams.
- Monitor outstanding requests and follow through to ensure commitments are completed.
- Look for opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen customer relationships.
- Support other administrative and coordination needs as assigned.

Qualifications- Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support is encouraged.
- Experience working in a high-volume phone or service environment is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, time-management, and solution-seeking abilities.
- Comfortable working with phone systems, email, & MSO365 apps.
- Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality – A MUST.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Federal Way office.
