The General Manager is responsible for driving the entire restaurant operation, including hiring, training, and supervising staff. They oversee food preparation, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage costs to maximize profitability.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management with strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with food safety and alcohol service standards are required.

We opened the first Fat Boy's Pizza in Metairie, Louisiana in March 2019. Since then, we have been slinging slices and smiles to hungry guests of all ages.
