You will manage the customer onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure clients effectively utilize the FarmAct software. Additionally, you will represent the company at events and gather user feedback to inform future product development.
The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for IT and a keen interest in the digitalization of agriculture and transport. Excellent communication skills in German and previous experience or relevant exposure to the agricultural or transport sectors are required.
