The Registered Nurse will conduct initial nursing assessments and develop care plans for home care clients. They are also responsible for performing quarterly supervisory visits and overseeing the performance of CNAs.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Rhode Island Registered Nurse license and a valid CPR/BLS certification. Strong assessment and documentation skills are required, along with reliable transportation for local travel.
