The State Impact Manager acts as a primary relationship manager, connecting Fahe members with resources, funding, and technical assistance. They coordinate information-sharing across teams and support caucus leadership in achieving strategic goals.
Candidates should have experience in community development, affordable housing, or nonprofit management with strong relationship-building and project management skills. Residence within the assigned Virginia region is required to maintain proximity to member organizations.

Job Summary:
The State Impact Manager serves as the primary Member relationship manager and connector between Fahe, its Members, and key state and local partners. This role acts as a two-way conduit of information, ensuring Member needs, opportunities, and successes are communicated throughout Fahe while connecting Members to resources, technical assistance, funding opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
