Requires 5+ years of production planning experience in electronics manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations. Must be proficient in ERP/MRP systems and capable of auditing complex manufacturing data packages.

Position Summary
The Clear-to-Build (CTB) Production Scheduler is the critical gatekeeper between our Engineering/Purchasing departments and the Manufacturing floor. Your primary mission is to ensure that no job is released to production until it is 100% "Clear to Build"— meaning all materials are physically present, capacity is available, and engineering documentation/data is verified and production-ready.
Rather than reacting to problems mid-production, you will proactively identify and resolve material shortages and data gaps upfront, protecting shop floor efficiency and ensuring RPI consistently hits its customer deadlines.
