Engage with families in Baltimore laundromats to build trust and provide education on public benefit programs. Assist eligible individuals with applications for critical services such as Medicaid and SNAP.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, be authorized to work in the U.S., and be available for at least 12 hours per week between Friday and Monday. Strong communication skills and comfort using digital tools are required.

About the Role
As an Outreach Associate, you’ll be the friendly face families trust, working in Baltimore laundromats to start conversations, answer questions, and help them apply for critical public benefits like Medicaid and SNAP. You’ll use your people skills to build real relationships and have a direct impact in your community.
This role operates on a flexible shift model. You’ll claim available 4-hour shifts posted weekly in our scheduling system. Work is available Friday through Monday, with up to 32 hours per week.
