Oversee the day-to-day planning and management of multiple commercial and residential restoration projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and project documentation while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Requires experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in commercial and residential restoration, specifically with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to lead dynamic teams across multiple project sites.
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of commercial and residential property restoration projects around the Calgary area. This position will support a wide variety of restoration projects, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.
You will oversee management oversight of all phases of restoration projects, including employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding safely and with quality.
