The Patient Services Representative manages front-office optical operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and coordinating with labs for ETAs. They are also responsible for administrative tasks such as matching invoices, updating job statuses in NextGen Optical, and handling patient correspondence.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of related experience or technical school training. Proficiency in medical office practices, medical terminology, and exceptional communication skills are required.

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling optical appointments, collecting pertinent information, sending letters, and other duties necessary to support our patients.

Our team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and professional support staff handle all aspects of eye/vision care, from general exams to complex surgeries. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about providing excellent care to our patients while treating fellow coworkers with dignity and respect.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday FT and may include occasional Saturday half-days (shift start times could range from 7:45-8:30am)
We will review applications until the position is filled. The pay rate will be determined based on skills, experience, and certifications/education.
