In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges, evaluate solution feasibility and help shape AI-powered initiatives that generate real business value. What you will do:

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution concepts and implementation opportunities.
• Help define use cases, requirements and success criteria for AI projects.
• Assess technical feasibility, scope, effort and potential risks of AI initiatives.
• Support solution design activities and contribute to project discovery phases.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution proposals, customer presentations and discovery discussions.
• Contribute to customer workshops, presentations and solution discussions.
• Act as a bridge between business teams, customers and technical experts.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams.
• Support the experimentation and evaluation of emerging AI tools and approaches.
• Stay up to date with AI technologies, trends and best practices.

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• You have experience in technology consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, product management or similar customer-facing roles.
• You have a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and their business applications.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in technology consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, product management or similar customer-facing roles.
• You can evaluate technical feasibility and estimate implementation effort for AI-based solutions.
• You have a basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs and scripting languages such as Python.
• You have excellent communication skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and helping shape evolving requirements.
• You enjoy collaborating across teams and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI prototyping and rapid experimentation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Previous experience in IT consulting, pre-sales or product management.
• Exposure to enterprise customers, international environments or public sector organizations.
• Experience working with AI platforms, machine learning projects or data-driven products.
