We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations
Analyst with hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM administration and
campaign execution. You will manage the backend of our marketing systems,
keeping data clean, processes automated, and reporting accurate.
Key
Responsibilities:
· Publish, manage, and scale targeted email
campaigns, ensuring correct layout and formatting
· Own database hygiene, list building, contact
updates, and audience segmentation based on behavioral markers
· Design, build, and maintain automation workflows
to streamline operational pipelines
· Build custom dashboards, cross-object tracking,
and accurate performance reports to monitor operational health
· Manage and administer HubSpot CRM, structuring
properties, maintaining system cleanups, and governing data quality
Requirements
Required
Skills:
· 3-5 years of strong hands-on technical expertise in HubSpot
CRM management and administration
· Proven experience in building automated
multi-stage workflows and operations pipelines
· Expertise in dataset management, complex list
segmentation, and database cleansing
· Ability to build clear dashboards and track
granular campaign data metrics
· Analytical approach to diagnosing database
errors and resolving broken automations
