Provide comprehensive primary care and evaluate patients with musculoskeletal pain in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. Collaborate with Osteopathic Physicians to identify patients for OMT and manage overall medical treatment plans.
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida with National Board Certification and a DEA license. Experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Post-Acute Care is preferred.
