Are you looking to start a career in dentistry? Our friendly, patient-focused dental office is searching for a Dental Sterilization Assistant to join our team! We are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No dental experience? No problem! If you have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Clean, decontaminate, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and organize instrument trays and procedure setups.
• Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain sterilization logs.
• Ensure operatories are cleaned, stocked, and ready for patient care.
• Assist hygienists with room turnover and charting as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Support the clinical team with additional duties as assigned.
