The Investing Analyst will manage the full lifecycle of acquisition deals, including identifying opportunities and performing financial modeling. They will also coordinate with external service providers and work closely with platform company leadership.
Candidates must be rising college seniors graduating by Spring 2027 with a minimum GPA of 3.7. Previous internship experience in investment banking or private equity is required, along with strong financial and analytical capabilities.

The Evergreen holding company team is comprised of 40+ professionals based in San Francisco who are focused on capital allocation, M&A, executive level hiring, strategic board leadership, and finance and accounting. We are looking to add an Analyst to join our investing team in September 2027. As an Investing Analyst, you will play critical role throughout the entire lifecycle of a deal. Your responsibilities will include assessing and identifying new acquisition opportunities, performing analyses and building financial models, managing service providers (accountants, consultants, lawyers etc.) and driving acquisitions to close. This role is an unparalleled opportunity that will allow you to be an integral part of a lean deal team, interface directly with external parties like business owners, investment banks and capital providers, as well as work closely with Evergreen’s platform company CEOs.
