You will own end-to-end feature development for the Everbright SaaS platform, including database schema design and React UI implementation. Additionally, you will contribute to AI-powered automation workflows, integrations with payer APIs, and infrastructure reliability.
The role requires strong backend proficiency, experience with relational databases, and the ability to manage full-stack features independently. Candidates should have a track record of driving technical decisions and clear written communication skills.
Everbright Health is building AI-driven patient activation infrastructure for mental health providers, with a focus on interventional psychiatry - TMS, SPRAVATO, and emerging treatments that dramatically improve patient outcomes but are chronically underutilized. We're a seed-stage B2B SaaS company working directly with clinic operators to automate the hardest parts of their revenue cycle: patient activation, insurance verification, and prior authorization. We move fast, operate lean, and hold a high bar for the quality of what we ship. You'll be expected to bring judgment, not just execution - and to push back when something doesn't make sense. Engineering here is an asset, not a support function.
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can own features end-to-end - from database schema to React UI - and contribute meaningfully across a modern, cloud-native stack. You'll work directly with the Head of Engineering on core platform development, integrations, and AI-powered automation workflows.
This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role at a company where engineers have direct visibility into how their work affects clinic success, patient access to care, and product strategy.
