Oversee all physical aspects of the building, including troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Manage subcontractors and conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a safe and clean environment for all occupants.
Requires strong foundational experience in general maintenance and repairs with a commitment to safety. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work independently, and possess basic computer and communication skills.

Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys leading projects to success? We are looking for someone SKILLED AND HANDS ON AS A Building Maintenance Technician, not a general handyman oand not someone to just "oversee" jobs or contact contractors. This person needs to have the proven ability to handle all maintenance and functioning aspects of the building. You'll be responsible for keeping properties in excellent condition. You will not be negotiating pricing or managing contractors, that is what the Site Manager handles.
