Manage the multi-position telephone switchboard and greet visitors to provide general information and direct them to the appropriate staff. Perform various clerical duties including mail distribution, report typing, and coordinating room calendars.
Requires a high school diploma or GED with typing coursework and a professional image. Experience as a receptionist and proficiency with personal computers and related software are preferred.

Starting pay ranges from $19.40 per hour-$ 24.44 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay.
Education:
High school or equivalent G.E.D., including courses in typing required.
Training and Experience:
Experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable. Experience with personal computers and related software preferred.
All staff that provide direct care to residents will have current first aid training.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of telephone etiquette, interpersonal communication, typing formats for correspondence and documents, calendaring and filing.
