Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure the upkeep of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems. Analyze problematic facilities to determine necessary repairs and manage inventory and equipment maintenance.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in plant engineering and a supervisory role, with a preference for a Stationary Engineer license. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and obtain several certifications (CPS, EPA 608, NFPA 70E, OSHA 10) within one year of hire.
