The Assistant Facility Manager assists in overseeing daily terminal operations, including safety compliance, employee training, and facility maintenance. They are responsible for coordinating logistics for barges and railcars while managing staff assignments and shift scheduling.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. A solid understanding of safety and environmental regulations is required, along with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Our facility operators manage our customers' needs by loading, unloading, and transferring chemicals to/from barges, tanks and railcars. The position works in the tank farm with other operators as a team to produce, process, ensure quality, and load/unload materials directly to our customers. Please do not apply if you are looking for an office-based job. We need people who enjoy being outside in a variety of weather conditions so that we as a team can better serve our customers.
