Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, including complex calendar management and coordination of leadership meetings. Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders while managing board materials and corporate initiatives.
Requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and over 6 years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within biotech or venture-backed startups. Must possess exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

This role is critical in maximizing executive efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment and brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including, without limitation, individual education, experience, tenure, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data, including potential adjustments for geographic location.
