The RN Supervisor manages the nursing department's operations, oversees staff assignments, and ensures resident needs are met. They are responsible for clinical assessments, administering treatments, and leading emergency situations within the facility.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved nursing school and hold a current New York State Registered Nurse license. Experience with geriatric, short-term rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's patients is highly desirable.
