Manage and support IT infrastructure and AWS cloud environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot network issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain platform health.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT support. Must have hands-on experience with AWS services and a strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and support our IT infrastructure and AWS cloud environment, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system health, resolve technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud-based healthcare solutions.
