The Authentication Specialist will monitor real-time customer authentications of luxury goods and ensure the accuracy of internal tests for new brands. They will also initiate follow-up communications with customers and assist in training machine learning algorithms through accurate item tagging.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Technology from NIFT or NID is preferred, along with proficiency in software tools like Google Suite.
