You will own the end-to-end operations and talent cycle for the London-based cohorts, from application to arrival in San Francisco. This includes building and maintaining processes, implementing automation tools, and managing partnerships to source and convert top founders.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in operations, growth, or software engineering within early-stage startups or VCs. You must be a high-agency, self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and comfort using automation and AI tools.
