Own and grow the global retail and wholesale revenue plan across Europe, Latin America, North America, and Asia Pacific. Establish the channel playbooks and scale the function from an individual contributor role into a leadership position.
Requires 5+ years of experience selling premium consumer hardware or lifestyle products with a proven track record of opening major accounts. Must possess strong commercial instincts and the ability to manage global distributor relationships and forecasts.

Your job is to grow Arc’s retail and wholesale business across every region we can win in: Europe, Latin America, North America, and Asia Pacific. This is a medior to senior individual contributor role today, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, with a clear mandate to build and lead the channel team beneath you as the business scales.
One person, one global channel P&L, one quota, with the brief to turn it into a team.
