Responsible for the repair, cleaning, and coating of Electrostatic Chuck (ESC) products while ensuring orders are completed within customer deadlines. The role also includes supporting engineers with safety inspections, environmental monitoring, and equipment maintenance.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic, Electrical, or Materials Engineering with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the semiconductor or chemical industry. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on assembly work and possess basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
The Role:

ESC日常工作內容會依實際狀況進行調整，應徵者必須能夠接受工作內容彈性的調整。此外，部門的工作沒有常態性的加班需求, 但若有加班要求發生時，則人員需要能配合加班。
除了生產線的維修工作外，也需要支援工程師進行其他任務，例如安全巡檢，環境溫濕度的確認、環境維護6S、維修設備的保養及日常維護、來料品質確認、常用物料點檢。
In this role you will:
負責ESC產品相關的除汙與清洗外，還需要熟悉產品來料檢驗、產品貼合、封膠、塗佈、組裝、平坦度測量、終檢確認、產品包裝、出貨文件確認、終檢數據文件化。
依照和客戶約定的交期完成要交付的訂單。
可以執行主管/工程師所交辦事項。
可以依照訂單需求準備所需要的物料，及確認後續的工作內容項目，並專注於工作且力求品質完善。
對工作負有高度熱情且願意分享工作經驗，並持續地改善工作效率。

學歷: 大學以上畢業， 科系不拘， 機械工程/化工/電子/電機/材料相關背景尤佳。
工作經歷: 2-3年以上，產業不拘， 工作產業 機械/半導體/化工產業尤佳。
其他: 因ESC非自動化產線，應徵者必須對於動手操作與組裝工作內容具有一定認知或經驗。
工作技能: 態度積極主動、與人溝通能力佳， 需要有操作Word & Excel的基本能力。
語言能力: 國/台/英語，會簡單英語讀或寫(尤佳)。
