Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner will develop strategic partnerships with operational leaders to drive HR initiatives, performance management, and positive workplace culture. They are responsible for conducting investigations, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating leadership development programs across multiple facilities.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or operational support environment. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required, with professional certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
Travel: Candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time. Most travel will take place in and around the state of Florida, with occasional trips outside the territory as needed for business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with operational and clinical leaders to support business goals.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that promote growth, performance, and a positive workplace culture.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and termination processes.
Leverage HR data, metrics, and analytics to inform people of decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Coach and support facility leaders and HR representatives to strengthen leadership skills and team effectiveness.
Facilitate training and development programs that align with our leadership development goals.
Conduct fair and objective investigations into employee concerns and HR-related complaints.
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
Promote employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that improve retention and morale.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP /SHRM-SCP preferred)
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or operational support role.
Strong understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and performance management practices.
Proven ability to use HRIS tools and data to support strategic decisions.
Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage, though not required, we value a passion for learning and adaptability.
A genuine interest in leadership development, culture, and people growth is essential.
