The production team member is responsible for operating and maintaining tire line equipment, handling materials, and performing inspections to meet quality standards. They must also maintain a clean and safe work environment while completing all necessary documentation and troubleshooting activities.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of industrial experience, though these are preferred rather than required. The role demands the ability to perform physically strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 70lbs and working in non-climate controlled conditions.
