The Program Product Manager coordinates the development and commercialization of Laser Driven Light Sources products through cross-functional execution and customer engagement. Key duties include managing schedules, translating requirements into actionable plans, and interfacing with OEM customers for technical discussions.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in technical product or program management. Experience with OEM customers and the semiconductor or photonics industry is strongly preferred.
The Program Product Manager for Laser Driven Light Sources (LDLS®) supports the development and commercialization of LDLS products and systems and manages their lifecycle through strong cross-functional program execution and customer engagement.
This role is primarily responsible for coordinating product development activities, managing schedules and deliverables, and ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams. The individual will work closely with senior product leadership to support product strategy and translate requirements into actionable plans.
The role also engages directly with OEM customers, supporting technical discussions, requirements capture, and issue resolution, while maintaining a strong understanding of the product portfolio.
The compensation salary range for this role is $100,500 to $135,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
