Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical, piping, and electrical systems within a pharmaceutical R&D environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC and water systems, executing preventative maintenance via Maximo, and supporting capital projects.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of hands-on facility or laboratory maintenance experience. Preferred qualifications include vocational certification, CFC certification, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
