Responsible for sourcing and securing debt and equity capital for real estate investments and managing relationships with lenders and equity partners. The role involves negotiating loan and joint venture documents and overseeing the transaction closing process.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related experience, with a CPA or MBA preferred. Experience in financial institution management and commercial real estate account management is highly desired.
Job Summary
As the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing capital for our real estate investments. This includes building and managing relationships with lenders and equity partners, negotiating joint venture and loan documents, overseeing transaction closings, and projecting an investment’s capital strength. The SVP will play an integral role in the overall vision and strategy of the company’s growth. This role will report to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field and at least 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; CPA and/or MBA are preferred.
· Financial institution and people management experience required.
· Prior experience in an account management role in Financial Services and/or Commercial Real Estate highly preferred.
