The technician will inspect, test, service, and troubleshoot various fire sprinkler systems to ensure reliability and code compliance. They are responsible for performing repairs, documenting findings, and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA codes. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 50 pounds and working at heights are required.

As a Sprinkler Service Technician at Encore, you will be a key part of making sure our customers’ fire sprinkler systems are ready when they are needed most. You will inspect, test, service, and troubleshoot wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, with a focus on reliability, compliance, and clear communication. This is a field-based role with a mix of planned service, repairs, and occasional emergency calls.
It is a strong fit for technicians who take pride in their craft, enjoy solving problems on active job sites, and want to work on a team that values professionalism, technical expertise, and continuous learning.
You are the one people call when a system is leaking, a valve will not move, or an inspection turns up something that cannot wait. You sort out what is really going on, explain it in plain language, and leave the system in better shape than you found it. In this role, you will:
Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected hourly range between $35 - $50 per hour.
